Crash Consultant Service, brings more than twenty years of experience in investigating and reconstructing complex personal injury and property damage traffic crash cases.  This experience has been honed by contact with thousands of traffic crash investigations.  Mr. Andy Shelton served on the vaunted Tennessee Highway Patrol Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) for over eighteen years.  In that time, he was the unit's longest tenured supervisor, having been the West Bureau Lieutenant for eight years and the state-wide Lieutenant for over three years, in addition to having been a Team Supervisor for nearly seven years.  Over this time he had contact with more than six thousand critical incident case files, which he reviewed for content, clarity, criminal culpability, and methodology.  

Andy Shelton was the first law enforcement officer in the nation to be certified as a Leica Public Safety Group state level instructor for Scanning, Cyclone Core, Reg360, Map360, and more.  Crash Consultant Service is an authorized representative for Leica forensic mapping products.

It was because of his experience that he was invited to take the role of Expert Crash Scene investigator in the NOVA/PBS series, Ultimate Crash Test.

As a result of his experience in the crash investigation industry as well as the broad knowledge of the training methodologies, Andy Shelton has been named the North American Director of Operations for ScenePro Limited out of Hull, Yorkshire, England.  Andy Shelton, through Crash Consultant Service, is the only source for ScenePro Digital Forensic Technologies in the United States and Canada.
