About Anderson "Andy" Shelton

Anderson "Andy" Shelton brings nearly thirty years of law enforcement experience, including more than twenty years investigating and reconstructing complex personal injury and property damage traffic crashes.

Tennessee Highway Patrol, Critical Incident Response Team. Andy served on the THP Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) for more than eighteen years — as a Team Supervisor for nearly seven years, West Bureau Lieutenant for eight years, and statewide Lieutenant for more than three years. Over that time he reviewed more than six thousand critical incident case files for content, clarity, criminal culpability, and methodology.

Forensic mapping instruction. Andy was the first law enforcement officer in the nation certified as a Leica Public Safety Group state-level instructor for Scanning, Cyclone Core, Reg360, Map360, and related products. Andy appeared as the expert crash scene investigator in the NOVA/PBS series Ultimate Crash Test.

ScenePro. Andy is the North American Director of Operations for ScenePro Limited of Hull, England. Through Crash Consultant Service, he is the sole source for ScenePro Digital Forensic Technologies in the United States and Canada.
