Our Experience

Crash Consultant Service serves the crash investigation community in three ways: expert consulting, manufacturer representation, and web and software development.

The company is led by Andy Shelton, a retired Tennessee Highway Patrol Lieutenant who served more than eighteen years on the THP Critical Incident Response Team. He reviewed more than six thousand critical incident case files for content, clarity, criminal culpability, and methodology, and personally conducted more than one thousand investigations. That field experience shapes every part of the business.

Expert consulting. Crash reconstruction and investigation review for civil and criminal litigation. We accept a limited number of engagements so that every case receives Andy's personal attention.

Manufacturer representation. Crash Consultant Service is the United States and Canada source for ScenePro digital forensic technologies, and is expanding its representation line. Manufacturers of complementary tools for crash investigation, forensic mapping, and public safety who are seeking North American representation are invited to contact us. We bring long-standing relationships across the law enforcement and crash investigation training community.

Web and software development. We designed, built, and operate ForensicCrash.net and its iOS and Android apps, and develop web platforms and tools.
